Deactivating Hazardous Situations

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
3. In the Risk Management section, click Hazardous Situations.
   Result: The Hazardous Situations list window is displayed.
4. Click the Hazardous Situation link of the record to be deactivated.
   Result: The Hazardous Situation edit window is displayed.

5. Enable the Inactive radio button.

6. Click the Submit button.
   Result: The hazardous situation has been deactivated and is displayed in the Hazardous Situation list window with a status of Inactive.
